A real estate agent since 2012, Bill Carey brings to the industry skills honed throughout a dynamic 30+ year career as a money market broker. Research, analysis, problem solving and client relations shaped the day in Carey's capacity as Federal Funds Broker for Noonan Astley & Pearce, NY and as Senior Vice President accountable for performance of the Federal Funds and Short Date Dollar Desk at EXCO NY-ICAP NY. Bill also held the position of Senior Vice President, Money Market Broker for Tullett Prebon, Jersey City where he brokered transactions between commercial and federal home loan banks.
Well-honed negotiating skills, excellent communication abilities, and the facility to quickly implement ideas, bolstered Carey's Wall Street success. Today those proficiencies underscore the enthusiasm, energy and professionalism he brings to each real estate transaction. For Bill it is all about effort and applying his full measure regardless of the amount of the client's financial investment.
Bill provides realty services including extensive area and market knowledge to buyers and sellers in Morris and Somerset Counties. He and his family lived in Millington for over 25 years and are now residing in Far Hills. Carey was also a preferred real estate agent for the retirement community developer, Erickson Living, serving its Lantern Hill, New Providence, NJ, Greenspring Village, Springfield, VA and Laurel Circle, Bridgewater, NJ locations.
